My Story

Experience matters— and so does your time.

From the Shop to Your Driveway

Raised in a blue-collar family, I graduated from holding the flashlight to turning the wrench by the age of five.

After graduating, I joined my family’s business and eventually earned my journeyperson certification as a Heavy Equipment Technician.

I then spent two years working as a field service mechanic throughout Edmonton and Northern Alberta before settling on Vancouver Island.

The Next Adventure

After moving to Victoria, I spent two years at Rack Attack, where I specialized in the sale and installation of trailer hitches, roof racks, and other vehicle accessories.

That experience, combined with my years working on heavy equipment, showed me there was a better way to serve people on the Saanich Peninsula: by bringing professional installation directly to their driveways.

Now, as a mom of two living at the north end of the Saanich Peninsula, I understand how valuable time is—and how hard it is to find a truly convenient service.

I built Peninsula Hitch around a simple idea:

There's never enough time in the day.
