12-Month Workmanship Guarantee

Peninsula Hitch guarantees its installation workmanship for 12 months from the date the installation is completed.

If an issue is inspected and confirmed to have resulted from our workmanship, Peninsula Hitch will correct the affected installation at no additional labour charge.​

If Something Isn't Right

Contact us as soon as possible if you believe there is a problem with the installation. We may need to inspect the vehicle and installed equipment before determining whether the issue is covered.

Please give Peninsula Hitch a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the installation before arranging repairs through another service provider.​

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

The workmanship guarantee does not cover:

• Manufacturer defects or product failures

• Incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or incompatible customer-supplied products

• Normal wear and tear

• Rust, corrosion, or environmental exposure

• Improper use, misuse, or overloading

• Accidents, collisions, impacts, or off-road use

• Water intrusion or pressure washing of electrical components

• Vehicle or accessory modifications completed after installation

• Work performed or altered by another person or business

• Problems caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions

Product warranties remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms. For products supplied by Peninsula Hitch, contact us and we will help identify the appropriate warranty process.
